Do you ship products internationally?

Yes, but our products are typically sourced in and sold from the United Kingdom (UK) and United States (US). However, you can contact us using the form below, and we can help to create a custom listing so that your desired product gets shipped to you from your country.

I see a product that I like, but only a certain set of colours are available. Will there be more colours added for products?

If you see a product that you like but would like it in a colour that isn't available or would like a custom design on a product, feel free to send us a request via our contact form below.

Something went wrong with my order. How will this be resolved?

If an issue occurs with your order, as noted before, please contact us, so we can discuss your issue. We also use order tracking and so can tell if something happened to the product in-transit. If this is the case, we will send you a new product free of charge.

I have received my product, but I would like to return it. Am I able to?

As long as the product is in new and unused condition, the following return policy applies:
